"Let's just say that Allstate royally screwed me over on two separate occasions, so I was really needing a new insurer. Amanda with Shank's office helped me out and saved the day. Absolute joke of a provider. They are lightning-fast when it comes to taking your monthly premium payments, but the second you file a legitimate confirmed claim, they completely vanish. Disappearing act at its finest. Save your money and go with a company that actually stands by their policies."

"Extremely disappointed after 8 years, 7 policies, and the 1st claim took 17 days f9r someone to show up and only after my follow up. Then had two different roofers confirm the claim and the adjuster shows up knowing the deductible. Then you can guess what happens, nothing is independent over there as they claim. RUNNNNN or just save your money on the policies bc you'll just pay the cost of repairs anyway."
